Early Help & Family Support Coordinator
Permanent, Term-time only, 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year
Grade D: £17,054 (Actual Salary) per annum

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and capable Early Help & Family Support Coordinator with a proven commitment to supporting children and their families. The post will require you to work with our staff, specialist staff and professional agencies to support the achievement and progress of students; ensuring all students have equal access to opportunities to learn and develop by removing any barriers arising from their personal circumstances.
