We are looking to recruit an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team. The successful applicant will also lead on governance for the campus, providing clerking duties to the Local Governing Body.
Applicants must have excellent communication and administrative skills, have a proven ability to work under pressure and be able to maintain a high level of accuracy whilst meeting deadlines. Ideally the successful candidate will have prior experience of working in a school environment and be familiar with education terminology, alternatively a professional background that enables the postholder to comfortably manage formal processes and meetings is desirable.
If successful you will join the Ted Wragg Multi Academy Trust, a charitable foundation trust, which works with schools in Exeter and the local community to raise the aspirations of young people and enable them to become fulfilled, confident and motivated citizens, able to contribute actively to a democratic society. All students within the Ted Wragg Trust, regardless of social or cultural background, are motivated to succeed and make outstanding progress because their needs are met through creative, relevant and innovative provision.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. A DBS disclosure is required for this post.
An application form is available from the Campus website: www.cranbrookeducationcampus.org.uk
The closing date for the post is 9.00am, Monday 26th April 2021. Interviews are scheduled for Thursday 6th May 2021.
