Salary Details: Grade C – £18,933 – £19,698 pro rata (Actual salary £16,904 – £17,587)

Job term: Permanent, term time only

Hours: 38.75 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks per annum)

We are seeking to appoint a Food and General School Technician to join a vibrant Food department delivering a variety of GCSE & Vocational qualifications and our Sports, Health and Nutrition curriculum, alongside supporting the Arts and Creative Technology departments.

This is a varied post involving all aspects of preparing for and supporting practical lessons, the stock keeping and ordering of resources, and the maintenance of equipment and workshops in compliance with Health and Safety regulations. Industry specific experience would be an advantage, although training will be offered. Excellent organisation and time management skills and a proactive approach are essential, as is a commitment to supporting students and colleagues.
