Head of Corporate Governance & Compliance - Trust Core Services

The Trust has grown significantly over the last year, and is adapting to reflect this with a strategic focus on collaboration. Underpinning this is our belief that to deliver excellent education, our schools and leaders need to be guided by best practice and supported by professionals.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious Trust of schools in a central role which sits at an important intersection between the Trust leadership at executive level and the schools’ governance and leadership teams.

Ensuring a coordinated and strategic approach to working with these key areas of our organisation is a core component of the role, and the post holder will need the ability to manage senior relationships at Board and executive level and be experienced working closely with a range of stakeholders.

You will have a strong sense of integrity, and be able to provide leadership, advice and support in all governance activities, statutory and regulatory compliance and external governance relations.
