8.75 hours per week for 39 weeks per year, Monday – Friday, 11.45am-1.30pm

£3,639 – £3,712 per annum plus access to Local Government Pension Scheme
We are seeking to appoint a motivated and creative Playworker who will be responsible for ensuring that our children are supported positively and having fun at lunchtimes.
The successful candidate will:
- be committed to providing enriched, fun activities for our children at lunchtimes.
- use positive behaviour management strategies to make lunchtimes enjoyable and safe for our pupils.
- be able to support children in developing good eating habits and successful games play at lunchtimes.
- have the skills and sensitivity to deal with all members of our school community.
This position is also suitable for aspirant Teaching Assistants who would like voluntary class based placements in addition to their working hours as a Playworker.
If successful, you will be an employee of the Ted Wragg Multi Academy Trust, a charitable foundation trust, which works with schools in Exeter and the local community to raise the aspirations of young people and enable them to become fulfilled, confident and motivated citizens, able to contribute actively to a democratic society.
