Premises Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Premises Manager to work under the direction of the Trust Estates Project Manager to operate compliant, effective and efficient management of all our non-PFI sites within our Multi Academy Trust, utilising a standardised framework of systems, processes and policies.  You will promote the ethos of delivering a centralised service across all the schools and will be responsible for ensuring pupils, staff and other premises users can access a safe and attractive learning environment in which to learn, work or otherwise use the school and its facilities.

The successful applicant will have significant practical experience of property management and dealing with a range of stakeholders including consultants and contractors.  You will have previous experience of leading and managing teams and will be able to motivate and inspire others to perform to the best of their ability.

You will have an excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements in Premises i.e. Water Management, Asbestos Management, Fire Management.
