Tamsin Frances is Executive Director of Transformation & Infrastructure for the Ted Wragg Trust and Chief Executive Officer of Fusion School Services. Having grown up in the South West and started her career as a teacher, she remains passionate about improving outcomes and life chances for children and young people. Tamsin provides strategic leadership across transformation and infrastructure, helping create the foundations for exceptional education.
