Ted Wragg Awards - Our Ted Wragg Awards celebrate students, staff teams and volunteers from across our Ted Wragg family. 

Year 3 to Year 11 - The Ted Wragg Trust Innovation Competition seeks to discover students who, demonstrate an aptitude to solve complex problems in innovative ways.

Year 10 and 11 Aspire Conference brings students from across Devon together for an annual event designed to inspire with aspirations for the future. The conference is open to Year 10 and Year 11 students at secondary schools across the Ted Wragg Trust.

The Junior Chef Academy is an exciting opportunity for 15 aspiring young cooks from across our Trust of schools to develop their culinary skills across ten practical sessions, from knife skills and soups to pasta, plant-based cooking, and desserts. Hosted at Exeter College’s Skills Kitchen, this hands-on programme gives students the chance to learn, cook, and create their own menu in the final week. 

Year 7 and 8 – The Exe Valley Challenge and Jurassic Coast Challenge takes place annually at Isca Academy and features over 140 teams from schools across Exeter and the surrounding region. The aim is to provide an exciting opportunity for children to challenge themselves and work independently in a fun and safe environment.

Year 9 – The Bronze Duke of Edinburgh’s Award which launches in the September of Year 9, runs throughout the year and culminates in the Expedition Section in the Summer Term.

Year 10/11 – The Silver Duke of Edinburgh’s Award is open to pupils who hold the Bronze DofE Award so that they can begin completing their volunteering, physical, skill and expedition sections.

Year 12 - The Gold Duke of Edinburgh’s Award is open to pupils who hold the Silver DofE Award at our 6th form schools.
