At the heart of our Trust is our Enablement Service, colleagues dedicated to supporting our family of schools to transform the lives of the children across Devon. 

Our Enablement Service teams provide professional support across both business and education services, enabling headteachers and school leaders to focus on providing the highest standards of education while nurturing a warm, happy and successful school community. 

Our teams provide advice and guidance in key areas such as HR, finance, IT and cyber security and estates and health and safety. They work hard to reduce the workload in our schools, streamlining processes while offering specialist technical and professional advice.  

Alongside our business services, our education team is dedicated to enhancing the quality of education across all our schools and ensuring that all students have access to high-quality learning experiences. These teams include specialists in areas including Attendance, Speech and Language, School Improvement, Data and Assessment, Safeguarding, and Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
