The Management of Information Policy suite sets out the Trust’s framework to ensure compliance with the UK Data Protection Principles, its retention of personal data and in providing a right of access to official information in line with what is permitted by the Freedom of Information Act.

This policy outlines how information will be managed to meet the Trust’s statutory requirements, fulfil its obligations and publish certain information about its activities.

We are registered as a data controller with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Our registration number is ZA021099. You can verify our registration on the ICO's Register of Fee Payers.

The Trust has appointed an external Data Protection Officer (DPO) Service, Judicium Education to fulfil the legal requirement for oversight of the compliance with data protection laws, these policies and support with developing guidance as required.
